The answer is simple

What's so hard about rounding up 12 or so million illegal aliens?  There wouldn't have to be any "rounding up" to it.  The solution is simple, although no one in DC seems to have the berries to actually do it...It's called ENFORCE THE LAW!!!

Give every employer 45 days to shed their books of anyone who either ISN'T a citizen or holder of an ACTUAL green card, every landlord would receive the same 45 days  to clean house (so to speak) or face fines of say...$5000 for the first illegal found, $10,000 for the second (and so on). How many of the 12 million do you think would be left after the first rounds of fines were implemented (and I mean fines would actually be paid within the next 45 days). The 12 million person problem would be heading  for the southern border in droves!

Who's going to be hanging around without a job, housing or money?  Oh, by the way I forgot to mention one important piece...NO BENEFITS UNLESS YOU ARE A  TAX PAYING CITIZEN. We're also forgetting that "anchor baby" business as well!

Instead of building a fence on the border we could erect signs that read "You are now leaving the USA, with our tax savings we're vacationing in Cozumel"

There is no room for the middle

All ready on the right?  All ready on the left?  All ready on the  firing line! This election cycle is certainly turning out to be as expected, with the country as polarizerd as it is it's no wonder we have scenarios such as Sen. Joe Leiberman of CT fighting for his job and Sen. Lincoln Chaffee of RI fighting for his.  Different parties same ailment...both are perceived by their parties as not being a "real" Democrat/Repbulican, people are mad as hell and they're not going to take it anymore! Shape up or ship out! Well, in the case of Joe Leiberman, he, has a better chance of retaining another 6 in DC running as an independant, not so for Linc (I can't make up my mind) Chaffee, he's past the cutoff for filing as an independant... I think he's toast. Republicans in RI are frustrated, bad enough we're so few we could hold a meeting in a phone booth (remember those) but to have your very own senator with an (R) after his name not backing up the president? Voting against tax cuts? Voting against judicial nominees? I mean, not even voting for George in '04! Remember he wrote in Bush 41's name and then bragged about it to the press? He's been a thorn in the Presidents side far too long, come September 12th his tickets getting punched. I wonder if he's retained his horse shoeing skills?
